Challenge Greater Waco on track
It took five months for an Atlanta-based company, Market Street Services, to complete a comprehensive study designed to grow Waco, develop the workforce, change perceptions, revitalize strategic community areas and build a culture of implementation.
Now, four and a half months later, most of those goals are on schedule for completion, which is a praiseworthy accomplishment considering the scope of the challenge.—Waco Tribune-Herald editorial
